By accessing or using SocialVelo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Account Registration

To use SocialVelo, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to register. SocialVelo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Services

SocialVelo provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and other engagement metrics across various platforms. Service delivery times, quantities, and quality may vary based on the specific service ordered. We make reasonable efforts to fulfill all orders accurately, but do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from the use of our services.

4. Payments

All payments are processed in advance. Funds added to your SocialVelo wallet are non-transferable and can only be used to purchase services on the Platform. We accept various payment methods as displayed on the add funds page. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient balance before placing orders.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. In general, refunds may be issued for non-delivered or partially delivered orders. Refunds are credited to your SocialVelo wallet balance. We do not issue refunds to external payment methods once funds have been deposited.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use SocialVelo for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Using the Platform to promote illegal content, hate speech, or violence.
• Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its API.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bypass restrictions.
• Reselling services in a manner that misrepresents SocialVelo or damages its reputation.
• Using automated tools to scrape data or interfere with Platform operations.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.

7. Limitation of Liability

SocialVelo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that our services will meet your specific expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialVelo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We may notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-platform notice. Your continued use of SocialVelo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
